Central Park is behind CJ’s right shoulder. “Top of the Rock” is a three level observation deck on the top floors of the GE Building at Rockerfeller Center, 70 stories above the street. This level was the lowest deck.
There are glass panels between the observation deck and the drop to the street below. The light blue vertical strips behind Chris’s and Doug’s heads are gaps between the glass panels.
