From the cars in the background, it looks like the picture was taken in the 1930s. There is a sign behind the men at the right side of the photo that I can almost read with a powerful magnifying glass. It says "Lake ...oe Hotel". The word in the middle is hard to read. I think it is "Roe", but it might be "Moe" or "Hoe".
